Smash Party Entertainment Inc.
Last updated: September 19, 2026

Smash Party Entertainment Inc. (“Smash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides live entertainment for corporate and private events. This policy explains what personal information we collect through SmashNYC.com and in the course of booking and producing events, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect personal information when you send us a message through the contact form on SmashNYC.com — your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message — and when you contact us by telephone or email. In the course of arranging an event we also collect your company or organization, event date and location, and the details of the entertainment you are arranging. When you enter into a contract with us, we collect billing contact information and the information needed to process payment.

Payment information. We accept payment by ACH transfer, credit card, and check. Payment details are processed by our banking and payment providers. We do not store complete card numbers or bank account numbers on our own systems.

Information collected automatically. When you visit SmashNYC.com, an advertising tag provided by Google places cookies in your browser. We use it for one purpose: to measure whether a visit that began with one of our Google ads ends with a message through our contact form. It records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, and the site loads fonts served by Google, which receives your IP address when it delivers them. We do not use general website analytics. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks whether a submission comes from a person or an automated program. To do this it collects hardware and software information from your device and sets a cookie in your browser. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern its use of that information.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and prepare proposals; to plan, staff, and produce booked events; to issue contracts, invoices, and receipts; to keep records required for tax and insurance purposes; to communicate with past and prospective clients about our services, including seasonal availability; and to measure and improve our website and advertising.

How we share your information

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processors, accounting and bookkeeping providers, email and website hosting providers, and insurers.

Performers and production partners. Where an event requires it, we share the information necessary to deliver the booked entertainment — such as venue, date, call time, and an on-site contact — with the performers and production staff assigned to your event.

Advertising partners. We advertise online through Google. Google’s advertising tag on SmashNYC.com reports to Google Ads when a visitor who arrived from one of our ads submits our contact form, which is how we measure whether our advertising is working. We also share client email addresses with Google’s Customer Match service in an encrypted, non-reversible form, so that Google can show our advertising to our clients or exclude them from it. Google is contractually restricted from using this information for any purpose other than the services it performs for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Your choices

You may opt out of our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us directly. You can control personalized advertising across Google’s services through your Google ad settings at myadcenter.google.com, and control cookies through your browser settings. You may also ask us to remove your email address from the audience lists we share with advertising platforms, and we will do so. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Retention

We retain event and contract records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet our tax, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations.

Children

Our services are marketed to event organizers, and our website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
